You must accompany police if:
(a) You are under lawful arrest or
(b) You are detained under the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 provisions. Police can keep you for up to 6 hours under this Act or longer if they apply to a Court or
(c) You are lawfully detained under s10 of the Mental Health Act to be taken to a medical practitioner for assessment.
